He has 20 years of experience in various capacities in the ITES industry. He primarily handles the overall operations at Intelliscript Transcription, LLC, USA. It is a co-venture healthcare BPO of Intellisoft Technologies started in 2003. He has been instrumental in decentralizing the company’s operations to countries like Nepal and the Philippines. He is a commerce graduate from DU and holds an executive MBA from NIBM, Chennai. He is a Certified Leadership Trainer from the John Maxwell training camp (EQUIP) and has also earned some MOOC certifications.

Vijay’s primary involvement at Intellisoft is dealing with strategic HR issues and hiring critical profiles for the company and its subsidiaries. He also partakes in company website content drafting and editing. Vijay is a gadget freak, loves to play Frisbee, and never misses out on any opportunity of diving into the pool. He loves watching documentaries on criminal and forensic investigations.
