Mobility is becoming the backbone of many enterprise applications and is rapidly taking over as the 1st screen. For a consumer-facing application, it has already become the mainstay. Our portfolio of work primarily consists of enterprise mobile application projects but, we have also developed a considerable number of consumer-facing applications for a couple of start-ups in the aviation, laundry, taxi, and healthcare sectors.
We generally get involved at the wireframing stage but more often we assist even at the ideation stage. Architecture comes under our scope of work which is key to ensuring long-term satisfaction or on the contrary dissatisfaction to an end-user. We conduct consultation services and market surveys to understand the end-user profile, usage behavior, and infrastructure. This helps us in understanding what kind of UI and UX would be suitable because on several occasions we bring the data to mobile to support offline processing; to ensure service availability in low connectivity zones.
