He is a first-generation serial entrepreneur, with his first venture at the age of 19. He is a seasoned software professional with an impeccable academic background. He holds multiple professional credentials, including DME, MCA, MS(SS), and an MBA from some of the best institutions like DU and BITS Pilani. He further holds professional certifications like PMP, CSM, and CEH. Additionally, he has about two dozen MOOC certifications from some of the best universities across the globe. It points at his diversified interests across topics: plant senses, cryptography, neural computation, healthcare IT, social network commutation patterns, system biology, forensics, soul beliefs, and Buddhism.

Rajiv plays an anchor role at Intellisoft Technologies both as a strategic consultant and a product architect. His continuous efforts have been the mastermind behind the growth of the company, from its inception. He has a keen interest in promoting high-energy start-ups, both as an angel investor and a strategist. To this day, he has helped kick start close to 10 such ventures, most of which are social impact initiatives. Before his entrepreneurship phase, he held senior leadership positions in companies like Luminous (now owned by Schneider) and a strategic role in building technology for the Indian subsidiary of a German mobile technology firm, Linkedwith. His other interests include slow cooking, kickboxing, roof-top gardening, in addition to being a part-time psychologist.
