He has over 20 years of exposure to core software development in various capacities ranging from development to project management to handling a business unit. He did his MCA from CET, OUAT, Orissa. The right mix of aggression and understanding allows him to run a well-oiled delivery setup.

Nihar is one of the co-founders at Intellisoft Technologies overseeing the overall operations of the company. He is responsible for the overall service delivery or, in other words, the buck stops with him on the delivery floor. He has strong analytical skills and is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a proven leader. He has been the savior at crucial junctures well past working hours to meet clients’ expectations. Before this, he headed the software team at Sarsoftech, a subsidiary unit of Luminous Power Systems. He is an avid ping pong player and doesn’t miss playing a game or two during leisure at work. He does drench himself in the pool with a bottle of beer during weekends.
